- The full name of the person currently incarcerated
- The full name of the facility where you or your loved is located

How much money will I need to get out of jail until my arraignment? Generally, you will need to come up with 10% of the total bail amount. This percentage is the premium for securing your jail release and it is non-refundable. Sometimes you will need to have the total bail amount available should you not show up for your court appearance. Collateral, such as a house, car, stocks, or jewelry may be used. Talk to your bondsman – they’re recommended by many local lawyers and know the justice system inside and out.
What if I don’t have the premium? We understand you may not have a lot of cash on hand. Abraham’s Bail Bonds is willing to work out a credit arrangement so that you can make monthly payments once you’re out of jail.
